Shrewsbury Police say they are now looking for the 'rightful owners' of the bikes - and have released images of all those taken.

An update from PC Stuart Edwards said: "On Friday, January 17, Harlescott and Sundorne Safer Neighbourhood Officers arrested three juveniles in relation to a series of pedal cycle thefts in the Shrewsbury area.

"The team have recovered or seized no less than 15 pedal cycles and officers would like to appeal to the public in the local area to find their rightful owners.

"If anyone recognises any of the below bikes, they are asked to email PC Stuart Edwards on stuart.edwards@westmercia.police.uk.

"Please note to prove legitimate ownership of the bikes, proof of purchase or photographs will need to be considered."
