Toby Shaw, who handled the sale for TSR, said: “Hafren House, a landmark building of modern design, is well located in the centre of St Giles Business Park, the premier office park in Newtown.

“It has attracted a number of well-known companies and organisations and benefits from being conveniently situated on the eastern approach into Newtown, with good access to the A483 bypass and A470.

“Representing a strong asset management opportunity, Hafren House attracted a good level of interest underlining the continued strong demand for attractive well located income producing properties of this type.”
