Telford police appeal after hundreds of pounds worth of items stolen from shops like Asda, Co-op and Morrisons

Police have released photos of people they believe could help with their enquiries into five shop thefts in Telford.

West Mercia Police has shared images of people that officers would like to talk to as they make enquiries into retail crime in Telford.

The first image, with crime reference number 22/10308/25, is from the Co-op on Wrekin Drive in Donnington. Police say items worth over £130 were taken on February 2 at around 3.50pm.

The second, with crime reference number 22/9264/25, was taken at another Co-op, this time on Grange Avenue in Stirchley. Police say items worth over £220 were taken on January 30 at around 9.30am.

The third image, with crime reference number 22/112346/24, is from Asda Donnington. Police say at around 5pm on Boxing Day 2024, a number of items were taken.

The forth, with crime reference number 22/6174/25, was taken from CCTV at Morrisons in Wellington. Police say items worth £300 were taken on January 21, at around 10.30am.

The fifth and final image, with crime reference number 22/113022/24, is from Marks & Spencer in Telford Town Centre. Police say, on December 29 at around 11:45am, items worth £20 were taken from the store.

Officers investigating these separate incidents say they would like to speak to the people in the images, as they believe they may be able to help them with their investigations.
