South Shropshire bridge to close for maintenance
A South Shropshire bridge is to close for more than a week for essential maintenance from next week.

Clun No2 Bridge – which carries an unclassified road over a tributary of the river Clun – will be closed from February 24 to March 5.
The work involves removal of vegetation from the structure, general repointing, and taking down and rebuilding the upstream parapet.
To carry out the proposed work safely it will be necessary to close the bridge to vehicular traffic, 24 hours a day.
When the bridge is closed, traffic will be diverted via local roads by a signed diversion route.
Access over the bridge for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will remain available throughout the work.
