Firefighters called to blaze engulfing caravan in Craven Arms

Two fire crews were dispatched to tackle a blaze involving a caravan in Craven Arms.

Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service received a call reporting the incident in Long Lane, Craven Arms, today (Wednesday, February 19) at 1.18pm. 

Along with the two fire crews, an operations officer attended to the caravan, which was said to be ‘100 per cent alight’.

Firefighters used a hosereel jet and thermal imaging camera while wearing breathing apparatus to put out the fire. 

The incident concluded at 2.14pm.
