Theft and assault charge for Telford man after 'incident' in Leegomery
A 37-year-old man from Telford has been remanded in custody after being charged with theft and common assault.

Police say Shane Chick, of Chepstow Drive in Telford, has been charged with theft following "an incident" in Leegomery on Wednesday, February 19.
The 37-year-old was also charged with attempted theft and common assault.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "A man has been charged with theft in Telford following an incident in Leegomery yesterday.
"Shane Chick, of Chepstow Drive, in Leegomery was also charged with attempted theft and common assault.
"The 37-year-old has been remanded in custody and is due to appear before Kidderminster Magistrates Court tomorrow, Friday, February 21."
