A Builth Wells woman accused of failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis will stand trial in the spring.
Linda Blyth denied failing to provide a specimen of breath on January 23 2025 at Brecon Police Station when suspected of having driven a vehicle, when she appeared at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
The case against the 52 year-old of Court De Castell was adjourned for a trial at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates Court on April 1.
Ms Blyth remains on unconditional bail until that date.
