A drunk man who assaulted someone in Shrewsbury has been jailed.

Scott Mills, aged 52, attacked a man while under the influence of alcohol in the Shrewsbury last Wednesday, February 12.
The offence put him in breach of a criminal behaviour order and he was also found to be in possession of cannabis.
Mills, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty at Kidderminster Magistrates Court to assault by beating, breach of a criminal behaviour order and possession of cannabis.
Magistrates jailed Mills for 11 weeks and ordered him to pay £50 compensation to the man he assaulted.
No further orders for prosecutions costs were made.
