Thomas Farnell, 63, and from Lonsdale Court, Wellington, was sentenced at Shrewsbury Crown Court after being found guilty of three offences at trial.
Last month a jury convicted Farnell of one count of rape, and two charges of assault by penetration.
He had previously admitted a charge of harassment.
During the sentencing for the offences the court was told that last year Farnell was also convicted of two counts of sexual assault on another victim - receiving a suspended sentence from magistrates court for the offences.
