Owners and married couple Amar and Pabel Saha took over House of Yum, in the Market Hall in Shrewsbury, in March 2016 when its former owner was eager to sell the business.
With a small kitchen and seating for only eight, the business was a great starting point for the couple.
But Pabel, who has many years of experience in the hospitality industry prior working at The Curry House in Mardol, always had ambitions to expand when the time was right.
The couple decided to take the plunge earlier this year, announcing their takeover of the former Sprinters Coffee Shop and Bodytech Health Club in Mardol to open a second venue.

Speaking to the Shropshire Star, Amar, 31, said the new opening is in response to the demand for an evening offering and the response to the news has been “amazing”.
