Adrian Emerys Lloyd is charged with failing to comply with a community order made by Llandrindod Wells Magistrates Court on November 5 2024.

Probation officer Ms Donna Davies told the court on Tuesday that Lloyd had failed to comply with the requirements of the order by attending a Probation Office on November 28 2024 intoxicated and attending a Probation appointment on December 17 intoxicated and using offensive words and behaviour.

The 61 year-old of Pen Y Bryn, Crossgates did not appear at the court on Tuesday, claiming in a call to the Probation Service that he was ill.

Ms Davies said he called the office on Monday and said he would be at court but on Tuesday he called to say he was ill and would not be in, saying he may have Covid.

Magistrates issued a warrant without bail for his arrest.
