Drunk Telford bin-thrower dealt with by magistrates

A 34-year-old arrested for drunkenly throwing bins around his neighbourhood has been sentenced at court.

Adam Whitehead, 34, of Hayward Avenue in Donnington, pleaded guilty to one count of being drunk and disorderly when he appeared before Telford Magistrates Court.

Kate Price, prosecuting, said police had been called to Hayward Road between 8.30pm and 9.40pm on January 13.

She said members of the public had reported a man ‘shouting and throwing bins around’.
