Dance classes, a mandala workshop, a folk club session and a charity quiz night are events planned at a Kington venue in March

The month at Open Arms Kington at the Oxford will kick off with Lets Dance on Sunday, March 2 from 11am until 3pm.
There will be performances and half-hour taster sessions of different dance styles, including line dancing, belly dancing, jive, dance for joy, and chakra and the bar and café will be open throughout.
On Wednesday, March 5 from 10am until 12.30pm, the venue will host a Sunflower Social.
A hidden disabilities support group and network, will meet monthly in The Oxford’s barn on the first Wednesday of the month during its regular Places Of Welcome opening hours.
Wonky Mandalas will be there on Saturday March 8 from 10.30am until 12.30pm, and on Wednesday, March 12 from 6.30pm until 8.30pm. Create a stunning mandala while practising mindfulness in this free workshop.
On Sunday, March 16 from 12pm until 4pm Kington Folk Club Sunday Session will take place. It is a chilled live music session in the barn, and the bar and cafe will be open throughout.
A Royal National Lifeboat Institute and Oxford Arms charity quiz night will take place on Saturday, March 29 from 6.30pm until 9.30pm.
To round off the month a creative workshop to make traditional Slavic ‘Pysanky’ painted eggs will be held on Sunday, March 30 from 2pm until 3pm.
A spokesperson for Open Arms Kington said: “There will be more to come in April and May, including our annual marmalade competition and history events!
“Plus our regular opening hours: Places of Welcome, every Wednesday 10am-12.30pm - drop in for a conversation and hot drink; Bar and café opening, every Sunday 12-4pm.”
