Police appeal after toolbox, strimmer, saw and Makita radio stolen from shed at property near Newport

Police are appealing for information after several tools and items were stolen from a shed in a village near Newport.

Newport PCSO Susan Tindale said a circular saw, strimmer, Makita radio and toolbox containing various tools were stolen from a shed at a property on Caynton Mill Road in Edgmond. 

The theft occurred between 10.30pm last Thursday, February 20 and 5am on Friday, February 21.

A post said: "We are keen to hear from anyone who may have any information relating to the theft or that may have been in the area around the time of the incident and heard or seen anything suspicious.

"If you have information this please let us know using the online ‘Tell Us About’ form on our website www.westmercia.police.uk, quoting incident reference 00083_I_21022025."
