St David's Day Celebration at the community centre in Knighton
Knighton Community Centre is delighted to welcome back accomplished harpist Eleri Darkins who will be leading the St David's Day Celebration on Sunday, March 2
Throughout the afternoon there will be a performance by children from Knighton Primary School, with awards for the three best dressed children in Welsh costume, as well as Welsh poetry readings and folk songs, and a display of Welsh costumes, finishing with The Llanfair Singers.
Entry is free and there will be a bar and cafe and children’s activities.
