Plans to build four new homes on a plot of garden land off Bluebell Coppice in Ketley were submitted to Telford & Wrekin Council in February 2019.
The application initially attracted objections from several residents and Ketley Parish Council, who raised concerns that the project would constitute overdevelopment.
The proposal was eventually amended to include three detached homes: one four-bedroom home and two five-bedroom, three-storey homes.

Telford & Wrekin Council planning officers approved those plans in August 2021.
Now, the plot of land has gone up for sale in what agents have called an "excellent opportunity".
A spokesperson for Harwood estate agents said the plot was "wonderfully located within a well-established residential area", which included shops and a local primary school and nursery.

According to the listing, all pre-planning conditions have been discharged and ground stabilisation work has been completed.
The site is being listed for offers in excess of £425,000 and is available to view online at rightmove.co.uk/properties/158383511.
