Shrewsbury firm to build major Telford business unit
Morris Property has been awarded a £4 million contract to build a huge new factory on an expanding Telford industrial estate.
The Shrewsbury-based company has won the deal from Telford & Wrekin Council to build a new 67,500 sq ft unit on the Hortonwood West Industrial Estate.
It completed a shell-only unit on the same site late last year, and has now been appointed to build the unit for the other site, including offices, a canteen, warehouse, service yard, five dock levellers and car parking.

“We are proud of our work at Hortonwood and pleased that it was well received by Telford and Wrekin Council. We look forward to working with them again on this and future developments.”
Works are underway and the unit is due for completion in late September.
