Liquidators called in to wind up Shropshire bed company
An insolvency company has been appointed to handle the liquidation of a bed shop business in Wem.
Members and creditors of Valiant Enterprises Ltd decided to appoint liquidators for the business that traded as Bed Giant based at 16 Wem Mill, Mill Street, Wem.
The nature of the business was in manufacturing divan bases and headboards.
Liquidators were appointed by director Shaun Hay on December 20 to wind up the company.
The liquidation will be handled by Avner Radomsky and Simon Renshaw both of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.
