Craft Union opens 500th pub
Pub chain Craft Union has opened its 500th site in the UK.
The chain, which is part of Solihull-based Stonegate Pub Company, has sites across the Black Country, Shropshire and Staffordshire.
Craft Union, which specialises in community pubs, was started eight years ago.
It has refurbished pubs that it has taken on including The Red Lion in Bullring, Sedgley, last year.
Opwerations director Frazer Grimlebury says that Craft Union plans to continue growing with their support of Stonegate which bought the chain in 2020.
