Shropshire salon introduces Bitcoin payment option

Ashley Gamble Hair Salon in Shifnal said the 'forward-thinking move' would position the salon at the forefront of modern payment solutions. 

Clients will be able to use Bitcoin to pay for their appointments and they can pre-pay for an appointment as a gift for a loved one.

Currently, Bitcoin payments can only be made in the salon by scanning a QR code at the front-of-house area. 

However, soon clients will not only be able to use Bitcoin for services in the salon but will also have the option to pay online for gift cards, premium hair care products, and exclusive educational days with salon founder Ashley Gamble.
