Shropshire mortgage broker expands offering after striking new partnership
A Shropshire-based mortgage broker with clients all over the UK is expanding its offering for property sellers across the county and beyond after agreeing a tie up with a national estate agency.
MV Mortgages has joined Midlands-based Xchange Properties, to offer estate agency and mortgage brokering services under one roof - with the mortgage advice available free of charge for vendors selling via the agency, as well as prospective buyers.
Mark Valentine, Practice Principal of MV Mortgages, which he runs from Preston Montford, near Shrewsbury, has been offering mortgage and insurance services in Shropshire since 2021, but is now expanding into a wider market.
He said: “I’m really pleased to have secured this tie up with a respected estate agency which has built a fantastic reputation for its innovation and professionalism in property selling and marketing, including the use of twilight photography to showcase the properties available within its portfolio.
“This move means we will be offering combined expert mortgage advice and estate agency services in a one stop shop - and the best part is that valuations and mortgage advice will be free of charge to customers alongside the sale listings.
“Through this collaboration with Xchange Properties, it means we can expand our product and service offering to people across Shropshire and the West Midlands at a crucial time in the market.”
