Telford manufacturer names new MD
An engineering and manufacturing business has named a new Managing Director.
HCI Systems Limited, based on Ni.PARK in Telford, has appointed Tony Smith as MD and, backed by Telford & Wrekin Council’s Invest Telford team, the company says it is poised for continued growth and collaboration across the borough.
In just four years, HCI Systems has seen its workforce grow by an impressive 172 per cent, expanding from 25 to 68 employees.
The remarkable growth reflects the company’s success and its contribution to the local economy.
With over 25 years of experience in the engineering sector, Tony will bring a fresh perspective to the business, renowned for delivering innovative solutions to sectors including automotive, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing.
HCI Systems is aiming to build stronger connections with local businesses, creating opportunities for collaboration and supporting Telford’s thriving economy.
