Four charged over 'violent disorder' outside Shropshire Star office
Four men have been charged after what police called an incident of “violent disorder” outside the Shropshire Star in Ketley.
The incident took place at around 2.50pm on June 14.
Bilal Khan, 24, of Arleston, Telford, was charged with affray and dangerous driving. He has been bailed to appear before Telford magistrates on July 17.
Mazir Mahmood Khan, 33, of Arleston, Telford was charged with affray and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place. He appeared before Telford Magistrates and was bailed to appear at Shrewsbury Crown Court on July 23.
Shaquil Sultan, 20, of Wellington, Telford, was charged with affray. He has been remanded to court to appear before Telford Magistrates' today
A 21-year-old man from Leegomery, Telford was charged with affray and criminal damage. He appeared before Telford magistrates and was bailed to appear at Shrewsbury Crown Court on July 24.
