Police are calling for information over a Kubota 4x4 farm vehicle that was found together with power tools in a field just outside Broseley on June 30.

The vehicle matches the description of a Kubota RTV900 that was taken along with three strimmers and some red bolt cutters from a farm in the Kenley area near Much Wenlock on June 27.

Three masked men were seen taking that vehicle on CCTV at about 4am in the morning but it has yet to be identified as the same one.

A spokesman for West Mercia Police said: "A member of the public walking in fields around Broseley alerted West Mercia Police to a possible stolen vehicle.

"PCSO Mike Watkins attended the scene and secured the vehicle and a number of power tools in the area. It was quickly identified that the vehicle and the power tools were likely to have been stolen, so other officers and a scenes of crime officer also attended the area. The items will be thoroughly investigated to see if any forensic evidence has been left by the offenders.
