Telford & Wrekin Council is asking for information about the fly-tip at Cluddley, which was discovered this morning.
Among the pile of rubbish are screwdrivers, other tools, mattresses, fabric, pictures and what appears to be a lawnmower.
In June of this year, Telford & Wrekin Council's cabinet approved a new approach to all forms of environmental enforcement, of which fly-tipping is part.
The council has trained around 40 current members of staff in a number of new powers.
But it says it is not just about fines and it wants to reduce fly-tipping all-round through education.
Since the start of the campaign, one man has been prosecuted and has been fined £800.
A total of 10 fixed penalty notices have also been handed out.
The fine for fly-tipping is £400. Failure to pay could lead to an unlimited fine and or imprisonment
Anyone with information is asked to call the council on 01952 384384, or email recyclefortelford@telford.gov.uk
