Police arrest man at Shrewsbury A&E department
Police had a busy weekend with a number of arrests.
A man was arrested at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital's A&E department for being aggressive towards hospital staff.
Shrewsbury Police tweeted yesterday to say the man had been arrested for a public order offence.
Another male was arrested overnight on Saturday night for possession of a knife in a public place in Shrewsbury town centre.
The man was charged and was set to appear in court today.
Police also said that a man was arrested for being drunk and disorderly in the town over the same night.
