Fourth man arrested over Telford assault case

A fourth man has been arrested in relation to a street fight in Telford in which two others were allegedly stabbed

The 19-year-old was arrested on suspicion of violent disorder and wounding after reports of a fight in Bank Way, Ketley Bank, at 7.50pm on June 29. He is currently in police custody.

Two men - one aged 20 and one aged 40 - were found seriously injured following the alleged attack. They have since been discharged from hospital.

Andy Prempeh, 20, of Burford; Tyler Love, 20, of Burtondale, and Declen Taverner, 18, of Fifth Avenue, were arrested earlier this month and charged with wounding with intent.

They have previously appeared at magistrates court and have been remanded in custody to be at court at a date to be confirmed.

Police are continuing to appeal for anyone with information to come forward.
