Arrest after man seen waving sword outside Oswestry pub
An arrest has been made after reports of a man waving a sword outside a pub in Oswestry.
The incident happened outside the Highwayman pub in Shrewsbury Road around 4.15pm on Wednesday, West Mercia Police have said.
A spokeswoman said: "No-one else was involved in the incident, and no-one was injured.
"The sword has been recovered by police.
"The arrested man is currently in police custody."
