Allan Washbourne, aged 49, is accused of outraging public decency in Telford on March 16 this year. He has not yet made a plea.

An adjournment was requested by his legal representative Stephen Scully, who said Washbourne was due to have an appointment with a psychiatrist this week.

Judge Anthony Lowe agreed to put the case back to September 15 so the assessment could be undertaken.

Washbourne, of Mill Bank, Telford, was remanded in custody.
