Homeless Shrewsbury man faces magistrates court trial after denying assault and harassment
A homeless man from Shrewsbury faces a magistrates court trial after pleading not guilty to assaulting the same woman on four separate occasions.
David Ian Severn, aged 43, of no fixed abode, appeared at Telford Magistrates Court on Wednesday by a video link from HMP Hewell.
Severn has denied assaulting the woman in Shrewsbury, on January 12, 2023, again twice on August 6, 2023, once at Pride Hill, and another time outside Starbucks in the town centre.
