Telford man who lost licence due to disability fined £660 after being caught driving BMW
A Telford man who had his driver's licence revoked due to disability was fined after being caught behind the wheel of a BMW X5.
Jonathan Hanks, aged 45, was caught on Stirchley Avenue, Telford, on January 28 this year.
