Telford man jailed for secret filming of many women and children
A man has been jailed for six years after a court heard that he set up cameras to record women and children.
Lukasz Gratkowski, aged 35, of Coronation Drive, Telford, was found guilty following a trial and he appeared at Shrewsbury Crown Court for sentencing.
His Honour Judge Anthony Lowe heard impact statements from some of his young victims, which spoke of damaged lives.
One young woman said she “looked over my shoulder all the time”.
Another spoke of having “severe depression” from circumstances which left her feeling depressed and isolated and unable to hold down a job.
