Too much tint on car windows leads to big court bill for Telford driver

A Telford man has been handed a court bill of more than £654 for having too much tint on his car's side windows.

Abdul-Raheem Muhammed Ghazi, aged 23, of Dunsheath, used a Peugeot 308 when there was insufficient transmission of light through the vehicle glass other than the windscreen.

Court records reveal that the car, while in Watling Street, Wellington, on June 8, 2022, was only letting 15.4 per cent light through on the offside and 14.8 per cent on the nearside.
