Driver failed to provide breath sample to police after being stopped in Wellington town centre
A motorist who failed to provide a breath sample to police will face sentenced later this month.
Joyal Joseph, aged 34, was stopped in Market Street, Wellington in a Peugeot last Friday, June 28.
He failed to provide a breath sample when asked by police and was arrested.
