"My vision for the school will be to ensure that our new school motto aim, believe and achieve draws all of us – pupils, staff, governors, parents and the wider community – together in a pursuit of excellence.

"I will be working with the dedicated teachers to ensure every child is supported by both cherishing and challenging them to fulfil their potential, and to experience the joy and satisfaction that this brings.

“The children will be at the centre of everything we do as a team.

"It is our fantastic school and I want the children to have a sense ownership and involvement in the decision-making process.

"Our Christian values of respect, kindness, courage, determination and enthusiasm will inform all that we do together – both in the classroom and around school, and beyond the school gates.

"As a parent myself I understand that children are our most precious possessions, being a part of a child’s development and milestones such as starting school for the first time is truly the most important and rewarding job in the world."
