Five plots for new homes have come onto the market in Ludlow for £220,000... but you'll have to build it yourself.
One of the plots at the development in Foldgate Lane has already been sold - subject to contract - but the others are being marketed by the Ironbridge office of Nock Deighton.
A spokesperson for Nock Deighton says there are various different packages available on this site.
They include the purchase of a raw building plot with full planning consent, purchase of the plot with services installed, purchase of the plot with foundations and services put in and also the purchase of the plot with a full build package.
