Weather warning for 'rain' in place for Shropshire
There is a chance public transport will be disrupted and the roads busier than usual today as a weather warning for heavy rain is in place for Shropshire.

The warning, from the Met Office, covers parts of Shropshire and mid Wales, including Ludlow, Oswestry and Welshpool.
The weather forecast suggests it might be a wet day for the rest of the region, but the likes of Shrewsbury, Wem, Bridgnorth, Telford are not covered by the official warning and should escape the worst.
The 'yellow' warning for rain came into force midnight, and was due to expire at 3pm on Friday.
It warned of "further rain" and "some disruption" adding that it is likely to affect transport and journeys across the region.
In the update the Met Office said "bus and train services probably affected with journey times taking longer," and adds "spray and flooding on roads probably making journey times longer".
It was a snowy St David's day for some people in Wales. The worst hit road was the A44 between Llangurig and Aberystwyth which had to be closed for a short time on Friday morning after four or five vehicles skidded and the slippery surface. The road was reopened by midday.
Meanwhile, England and Wales had their respective warmest Februarys on record according to provisional Met Office statistics in what was a mild and wet month for many.
The average temperature in England for February 2024 was 7.5°C, topping the previous record of 7.0°C set in 1990. Wales saw an average mean temperature at 6.9°C for the month, marginally ahead of 1998’s record of 6.8°C.
The UK experienced its second warmest February, averaging 6.3°C, but not surpassing February 1998’s figure of 6.8°C. The UK’s 10 warmest Februarys on record in a series from 1884 now include 2024, 2023, 2022 and 2019.
