Shropshire Farmyard wins What House? Award

 The What House? Awards, dubbed the Oscars of the UK housebuilding industry, have delivered a Shropshire winner in the “Luxury development of the Year” category, 2024.

 The Farmyard at Grafton, developed by  Dennis Edwards Homes, was awarded the accolade for unparalleled craftsmanship, innovative design and attention to detail.

Currently on the market with Balfours, the three properties are anchored by the sympathetic use of original farm buildings and idyllic rural views. 

Alongside  the energy efficiency and outstanding quality, the development won a prized silver award.

The event was hosted by one of the UK’s popular actor’s James Nesbitt, in London. 

Charlotte Edwards, Managing Director of Dennis Edwards Homes, said: “We are honoured to receive this award which celebrates our commitment to creating homes of outstanding quality.”
