Another coronavirus death in Shropshire
One more coronavirus death has been recorded at the county's main hospitals trust.
Latest NHS England figures revealed three new deaths, including one at Shrewsbury and Telford Hospitals Trust. The death was recorded on Saturday.
It was the first death recorded at a county hospital since March 21, and brings the total number of coronavirus deaths up to 596 at Shropshire's NHS Trusts. Now, 556 deaths have been recorded at SaTH, 34 at Shropshire Community Health Trust and seven at Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital in Gobowen.
Nationally, the Covid-19 death toll is up to 127,724.
The latest vaccination figures show 60,965,594 jabs have been administered - 38,070,038 first doses and 22,895,556 second doses.
