Pictures From The Archive – February 18Welcome to this week's selection of nostalgia photos from the pages of the Shropshire Star.By Toby NealPublished Feb 18, 2022"Schools, Hinstock" is printed on the front of this postcard from the collection of Bridgnorth postcard collector Ray Farlow – it will be schools plural because there would be separate schools for the girls and boys within. The undated (about 1907?) and unposted postcard has a message on the back which reads: "Dear Grandma, We landed home quite safely. Show Auntie Jenny our house, it is the one nearest the school. We do feel lonely but we have had a nice time and thank you all very much. We found Grandad quite well. Mrs Vale has been in every day looking after him. So goodbye all, Dick."
