The blaze in Trevithick Close saw firefighters from both Much Wenlock and Bridgnorth attend just after noon.

A spokesperson for Bridgnorth Fire Station said: "We were mobilised along with our colleagues from Much Wenlock Fire Station to a garden cabin involved in fire.

"On arrival crews faced a rapidly developing fire in a wooden cabin located close to the house. Two firefighters wearing Breathing Apparatus and using an Hose Reel entered the cabin to locate and extinguish the fire.

"Crews have returned to the building this evening to ensure no hot spots of fire were still smouldering. And using a thermal camera were able to confirm the fire was fully extinguished. The cause of the fire has been confirmed as accidental."
