Masters of the King’s Music hosted by church
An historical evening of choral music will be performed in a village church next month.
Masters of the King's Music, will look at the musical history of the Chapel Royal between 1500 and 1700.
It will be performed at Whittington Parish Church by the music group, 'Gentlemen and Scholars' or St Oswald's Parish Church, under the direction of Mike Donkin, on March 17.
The evening will start at 7.30pm and proceeds will go towards the Whittington Music Festival and church expenses.
