Traffic held up by two-vehicle crash on A5 near Oswestry
A crash on the A5 near Oswestry is causing tailbacks, the AA is reporting.
The incident between the A483 (Mile End Roundabout) and A495 (Whittington Roundabout) is causing queuing traffic in both directions and the road is partially blocked.
West Mercia Police said: "We are currently on scene at a two-vehicle collision on the A5 from Mile End roundabout to Whittington Road roundabout in Oswestry. Officers are currently managing traffic but there are significant delays."
The AA said the average speed on the A5 is 10mph.
