The impressive four-bed, two-bath property sat within an incredible conversion of a historic mill on the Welsh border is up for grabs for £675,000.

Believed to have once been the mill's pump house, the property also comes with almost two acres of land.

A quick dive through the history books shows a working mill at Penylan, just outside Oswestry, as far back as the 1700s, and in 1895 it was operating as a corn mill.

The renovation has kept much of the mill's original charm, with exposed beams, stone and bricks both inside and out.
