Cross-border approach 'essential' in tackling flood woes, says MP
Shrewsbury MP Daniel Kawczynski MP will meet with the Secretary of State for Wales to discuss supporting a cross-border approach to managing the River Severn

Mr Kawczynski will meet with Simon Hart MP, along with Professor Mark Barrow from the River Severn Partnership, at the end of June.
The Shrewsbury MP said: “I very much look forward to sitting down with the Secretary of State of Wales to discuss why a cross-border approach is a way forward to tackling the River Severn.
"A cross-border approach is essential to understand the priorities for action and helps to ensure that the appropriate measures are carried out.”
