Prospective buyers are invited to the event at the Horton Lodge Barns development on November 30 from 10.30am to 3pm where they can also view top of the range cars.

Visitors will be greeted at The Hayloft, one of the high spec homes for sale that has recently come to market, to register their details, enjoy a mince pie and have a private guided tour of the development and the three properties which are still on the market.

With prices ranging from £425,000 to £575,000, the properties are ideal for those seeking a high-quality modern home with an authentic countryside feel.

This event offers visitors the opportunity to explore the thoughtfully designed modern homes while enjoying the picturesque setting of Cruckton, Shropshire.

Developed by James Datnow, each barn combines rustic charm with contemporary finishes. Internal features include shaker-style kitchens, contemporary bathrooms and en-suite shower rooms, built-in wardrobes, underfloor heating, and bespoke window casings.

Samuel Wood estate agents who are marketing the properties will be on hand to answer any questions about the development.

Executives from Lumen Automotive, will also be on site to show visitors a range of cars from their luxury used car range. Among the line-up of high-performance vehicles, Lumen Automotive will be showcasing the iconic Corvette. There will also be the opportunity for guests to enjoy a ‘passenger ride’ in one of the vehicles should they be interested in purchasing.

Russell Griffin, Director of Samuel Wood estate agents said the conversion of Horton Lodge Barns had been undertaken with ‘incredible attention to detail’.

“This won’t be an ordinary Open Day,” said Russell. “The conversion of Horton Lodge Barns has been nothing short of remarkable. It’s rare for properties of this calibre, blending traditional craftsmanship with modern luxury, to become available on the market.

“We’re also excited to collaborate with Lumen Automotive, whose showcase of high-end vehicles complements the lifestyle appeal of these beautiful homes. This joint Open Day means visitors can enjoy the benefits of two luxury opportunities, whether buying a new home or purchasing a luxury car to complement their lifestyles,” he added.

Each home is unique, some with generous part-walled gardens and terraced areas that provide privacy and a sense of space. Positioned just outside Shrewsbury, they offer the best of both worlds – country living with easy access to local amenities and Shrewsbury town centre.

Kris Sage, Head of Prestige at Lumen Automotive said: “We’re delighted to partner with James Datnow and Samuel Wood to offer the perfect pairing of a stunning home and a luxury vehicle. At Horton Lodge Barns, visitors will not only explore elegant, contemporary homes but will also get the chance to experience the power and style of our luxury cars, including the iconic Corvette. This is a true lifestyle showcase, and we’re proud to be a part of it.”

To ensure attendees get the most from their visit, potential buyers are advised to call the Samuel Wood sales team and book a viewing slot in advance, although visitors are welcome to turn up on the day.
