Tenbury Wells magistrate launches new book
A businessman and magistrate has written a book.
Cliff Slade, from Tenbury Wells near the Shropshire border, has put pen to paper and written a book charting his upbringing from a council estate to becoming a business entrepreneur.
The 58-year-old claims his book is an inspirational book proving anything can be achieved with the right mindset and documents his time within primary school where he never communicated with a teacher throughout his time at the school.
The book is called ‘Behind and Beyond the Letters’ and is being published by Eye to Eye Media.
Cliff has been a magistrate for 17 years covering Shropshire, Kidderminster, Worcester and Redditch, and has had two transport businesses and also worked as a family mediator.
The book will be launched at the Regal Theatre in Tenbury Wells on Thursday with the book being available afterwards online through Waterstones and Amazon.
