Crash involving motorbike and van closes A49 at Craven Arms
A crash involving a motorbike and a van has led to the closure of the A49.
Fire crews from Church Stretton and Craven Arms were called at 1.18pm to the main road in Craven Arms, between the junctions with the A489 and B4368.
National Highways tweeted at 2.18pm to say the road was closed southbound while traffic heading north was also being held temporarily while emergency services respond to the incident.
West Mercia Police and West Midlands Ambulance Service also attended.
