The founder and former principal of the Williams F1 team died on Sunday morning aged 79.

Wrekin MP Mark Pritchard said: "I had the privilege of meeting Sir Frank Williams several times. He made a huge contribution to F1 and did much to bring on new talent. He will be missed greatly."

During Sir Frank's time with Williams, the team won nine constructors' championships and seven drivers' titles, and dominated much of the 1980s and 1990s.
