Inquest opened after man in his 30s died in his Telford flat

An inquest has been opened after a man in his 30s suffered a cardiac arrest in his flat.

Joshua Lewis Leverett, aged 30, died on August 9 at home in Holyhead Road, Ketley, Telford.

A hearing at Shirehall was told paramedics were called at around 9.35pm in response to a call from staff members at the flats. CPR was commenced, but he was pronounced dead at the scene at 10.35pm.

West Mercia Police confirmed there were no suspicious circumstances.

John Ellery, senior coroner for Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin, adjourned the inquest to January 17 next year.
